SHOULD I SWALLOW MY BOYFRIEND’S SPERM?

Dear Mahogany,
Please keep me anonymous, I’m not a sexually wild person but I’m open to trying out new things with my current partner. My boyfriend has stylishly asked me why I do not want to swallow his sperm on different occasions whenever I’m giving him a blow job. I want to try it out, but I don’t know how safe it is. Can I get infections from it, does it have side effects, my friends said I can swallow and spit out immediately but I’m not comfortable with trying it out until I’m sure about how safe it is. I know I’m a ju, but your opinion will be highly appreciated.

Dear Ju girl,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I commend you for sticking to your belief and wanting to find out the health implications of this act. I wouldn’t tell you to swallow or not to swallow but instead I’d tell you all I know about semen.
No, swallowing semen doesn’t have any side effects. Semen contains water, fructose, vitamin C, zinc, protein, calcium, phosphorous, lactic acid, sodium, nitrogen, vitamin B12, potassium and so on to name a few considering the plethora of ingredients found in a semen, it’s safe to say the semen is pretty healthy
Studies have revealed that women who have a regular, healthy intake of semen during unprotected sex show fewer signs of depression than women who do not. Semen helps you sleep better. Semen contains melatonin which is a chemical that induces sleep and relaxation. Swallowing semen or applying it on your face and hair can lead to a healthier hair and youthful skin. Most cosmetic salons and spas over the world have integrated semen into their treatments.
However, despite the health benefits of semen it should be noted that performing oral sex with your partner can put you at a risk of getting an STI. This is because the lining of the mouth is more delicate than that of the vagina, making it susceptible to infections. Also, make sure that when performing oral sex on your partner you have no injury in the lining of your mouth because STIs can be contained in the semen. Knowing your partner’s sexual health/ history is important before you take this bold step.
I hope you enjoy your voyage to sexual exploration.
Love as always,
Mahogany.
