What is that white discharge from the vagina during sex?

Dear Mahogany,

What is this white, creamy fluid-like substance that’s coming from the vagina during sex?

When I remove my penis it is covered in a white, creamy discharge that has no smell, it doesn’t stain and it only shows when she’s really getting into and enjoying it. Should I be worried?

-Ken

Dear Ken,

That creamy white discharge  is a good sign that you are doing something right.  It is a vaginal secretion produced by the vagina during orgasm to facilitate in conception (sperm now have more fluid to swim in to move closer to their target). Consider it as a form of vaginal lubrication and a sign that her body is responding well to your strokes.

Orgasms come in many different ways; some women release a gush of clear fluid (squirting),  clear vaginal secretions and sometimes it feels like her pelvic muscles are squeezing around your penis.  “Cumming” for women can come throguh vaginal orgasms during penetration or clitoral stimulation, but if she doesn’t “cream” (how we describe the white discharge) it does not mean she is enjoying sex any less.

Every woman respond differently when sexually aroused, which means every woman will be turned on by different triggers. If you want your partner to “cream” on your penis, experiment with various sex positions and strokes in order to see what will make her body respond with an orgasm.

To answer your last question, as long as the discharge does not come with a foul smell, or is bloody, then there is nothing to worry about.

Love,

Mahogany
