NATURAL PUSSY SMELL

At one point or the other, every woman begins to wonder what her pussy smell like. We wonder if it smells right and if we notice any slight changes or difference from what we are used to, we begin to feel there is something wrong down there.

There is no distinct way of describing what a normal pussy should smell like, but there are ways to describe what it shouldn’t smell like. Contrary to the opinion that your vagina shouldn’t smell at all, it those have its own fragrance. We are humans and we have body odors, we sweat and our armpits produces odors, so is the same with the vagina.  But your pussy smell depends on a number of factors. For example if you just took a bath and washed your lady-bit, there probably won’t be any odor. But if you just engaged in marathon sex, there is bound to be an odor. Wearing tightly fitting clothes that prevents your cochie from breathing will give it an odor due to sweat. Change in the pH of the vagina will also cause change in vagina odor.

SO WHAT SHOULDN’T MY PUSSY SMELL LIKE?

  • FISHY SCENT:

When the vagina smells fishy, it could be a sign of two common vaginal infections, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis. Bacterial vaginosis is caused by imbalance of imbalance of bacteria in the vagina, it is not an STI, but can be triggered by sex with a new partner. Trichomoniasis is a curable STI, and both infection gives off fishy scent.

  • YEASTY SCENT:

When your cochie begins to give off a yeasty scent, it could be a sign of a yeast infection. This scent is normally accompanied \with thick white discharge and itchiness.

  • ROTTEN SCENT:

If your pussy starts to give of a rotten scent, then you need to see a doctor. It could be a sign of a serious infection, or probably be as a result of a forgotten tampon or condom. Either ways you need to go to the doctor immediately.

  • METALLIC SCENT:

Your pussy could giving off a metallic scent is most common right after your period of with semen. This could be a changes in pH of the vagina. It is usually nothing to worry about, because the odor should return to normal once the vagina pH balances. But if the odor lingers than expected, or is accompanied by itching or abnormal discharge, then you should see a doctor.

  • MUSKY SCENT:

This is due to sweat, caused by wearing tight fitted pants or synthetic underwear which prevents your vagina from coming in contact with air. Substituting your skinny jeans for loose outfits once in a while should fix the problem.

Remember; your diet, level of hygiene and bathroom habits could also affect then odor of your vagina. Also vagina is self-cleaning, so do not douche or use any product or cleaning to try to wash your vagina.
